A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja, today Tuesday
September 10th, granted bail to alleged fraudster, Fred
Ajudua. Mr Ajidua's lawyer pleaded with the court to
grant him bail because he is living on one kidney. The
judge set his bail at N50 million with two sureties in
like sum.
Fred Ajidua is being accused by EFCC of defrauding
two Dutch businessmen of $1.69 million (N270
million).
